Pop star Taylor Swift always manages to leave an impression, one way or another, whenever she performs on stage and this situation was no different. Taylor has captured the hearts of countless fans with her hit songs and catchy tunes, and this latest situation transpired during her most recent tour.
Taylor Swift to the Rescue
While on her latest tour in Philadelphia’s Lincoln Financial Field, on the second day, there seemed to be an issue with a fan and security, and Taylor decided to intervene. The 33-year-old pop diva had to interrupt her performance of “Bad Blood” to yell at a security guard to leave a girl alone. There is a video clip of the situation in which Taylor yells, “Stop, she didn’t do anything. Stop!”
Security Was Accused
Not only fans but Taylor Swift herself accused the guard of being too physical, pushing people off the barricade instead of simply using their words to tell them to move. A fan wrote so on the social platform Twitter, and Taylor made the same accusation. On her Eras Tour, the fan in question wasn’t doing anything, and Taylor felt it necessary to interrupt the chorus of her song to yell at the security guard.
The Event Went Viral
One girl from the group being put down by the security guard shared all of it on the social media platform, TikTok. Although she held back from uploading any of the clips, she explained that she and her girlfriends were just out trying to have a good time, and the security guard seemed to be against it. Taylor liked it and she’s even said to have said hi to the girls during her performance. The TikTok user explains how angry the security guard was, and he was later escorted away from the stage so the girls could continue their night.
Taylor Swift creates her biggest hits from things that happened in her personal life, and fans always seem to find a connection. That’s why her songs are so popular and catchy! And she’s in love with her fans, as she proved once more during the Eras Tour. What’s not to love?
